We fly once a day, early in the morning, year round.
Because it is not possible to inflate and fly hot air balloons in windy or overly warm conditions, we need to take off at sunrise.
Complimentary pick-up and return at most Sedona hotels is included in our flight. We have a central meeting location for those staying in vacation rental properties or private homes. Pick-up time is approximately 30 minutes prior to sunrise and will be set when you call to check in with us between 9am and 3pm the day before your flight.
We are in the air for approximately an hour, but, because of the occasionally rough terrain, it may sometimes be necessary to fly for up to two hours in order to find the perfect landing spot. The flight is followed by a champagne toast with a pastry. The entire adventure usually lasts between 3-4 hours. Sedona balloon rides can be unpredictable, so we do not recommend scheduling other activities immediately after your flight.
